Used these rain covers during a wet tour and they worked great. Everything stayed dry the whole time, which is exactly what you’d want from rain covers, right?

"Our bus ended up sitting in..."
Our bus ended up sitting in traffic for a bit, but the staff kept everyone updated and stayed super calm about it. We still managed to see most of the sights, so I’d give it 4 stars

"I was really looking forward to this..."
I was really looking forward to this night tour, but it ended up being disappointing. The bus showed up late, and once we were finally on, a lot of the views were blocked so it didn’t feel worth it. What made it more frustrating was that the website made it sound like one thing, but the actual experience was totally different. I left feeling confused and like I’d wasted my money.

"Clean bus, but I’m not fully convinced"
The bus was clean, which I appreciated, but the seats were a little worn and not super comfortable. It was okay overall, but little things like that make me question how well everything is being kept up

The tour itself was okay!! Nothing too amazing, but not terrible either... The main issue was the driver. He kept talking down to people and seemed annoyed with everyone the whole day?? It made the whole experience feel a bit uncomfortable, which was disappointing..

"Nice views from the top deck"
I liked sitting up top and getting a proper look at the city without having to walk everywhere. The views were really good around the main sights, and I got a few nice photos too. It’s not fancy or anything, but it’s a easy way to see a lot in a short time. I’d probably do it again.

"I used the map pretty much..."
I used the map pretty much all day and it was really spot on. The stops were exactly where it showed, so we weren’t wandering around trying to figure things out. I also liked having the email/receipt handy to double-check the details before we headed out. It made using the bus way less stressful.

"Comfortable ride that met my standards"
I was expecting it to be way more crowded, so I was pleasantly surprised. We managed to get seats up top both times, and it never felt cramped or uncomfortable, which is something I really care about when traveling with kids. Even near the main stops, everything moved smoothly. It made the whole day feel a lot easier and less stressful. I’d definitely use it again.

"I'm not saying it was a bad..."
I'm not saying it was a bad tour or anything, because I did enjoy parts of it, but it definitely felt a bit rushed. The guide was nice and there were some good moments, I just wish we had a little more time to actually take things in instead of moving along so quickly.

"Super comfy after a long day!"
The seats were way comfier than I expected! Plenty of leg room, and the cushion didn’t get hard or annoying even after riding around for a while. After walking all day, it felt like such a nice little break :) I’d definitely use it again!

"Really clean buses"
So... I used Big Bus Tours last weekend and was impressed with how clean the bus was. The seats were tidy, there wasn’t any rubbish lying around, and it didn’t have that weird smell some tour buses get. It made the whole ride feel a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely use them again.

"Works fine, but a little frustrating"
I used the Big Bus Tours app on our trip, it was okay overall. I might just be impatient, but the map took a while to load a few times, and I kept wondering if the bus tracking was actually right. We ended up asking the staff at the stop anyway, just to be sure.

Finding our tickets in the app was easy, so that part was helpful. I do think the layout could be cleaner, unless I was just missing something obvious. It also froze a couple times when I switched routes, which got annoying. Not a bad app, really, but it could definitely use some fixes.

"I was happy with how..."
I was happy with how often the buses seemed to come. We never really had to wait around too long at any of the stops, which made the day feel a lot easier. It was a nice way to see more places without feeling too rushed or like we were stuck waiting all the time.

"A simple way to take in London’s big sights"
I booked Big Bus while I was in London and, for me, it was a really easy way to get a feel for the city without stressing over maps or train changes. I got to see places like Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace, and it made the day feel much more relaxed. The buses came often enough that I didn’t feel stuck waiting around. I’d definitely use them again if I wanted a no-fuss way to see the main spots.

I booked Big Bus thinking the upper deck would be the highlight, but I think we just caught it at a bad time. It had rained earlier, so a few of the seats were still wet or kind of dirty, and the ones we could use felt cramped.
The views were decent, but the wind was stronger than expected and the audio kept cutting in and out, which made it hard to enjoy. The staff were perfectly nice, so no complaints there, but for the price I was hoping for a smoother experience. Not terrible, just disappointing...

"Canceling was really no hassle"
I had to cancel my Big Bus booking at the last minute, and I really thought it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations.
I sent over my booking details, and they got back to me quickly with a clear answer. The refund didn’t show up instantly, but it came through after a few days just like they said it would.
there’s not much more to it. It was fair, simple, and really nice to deal with a company that doesn’t make canceling feel like a fight

"I really enjoyed this because the guide..."
I really enjoyed this because the guide made the whole experience feel easy and fun, not like one of those tours where you’re just standing around trying to keep up. The stories were funny, but also simple enough to follow without feeling like I needed to know a bunch of background information first. They explained things in a way that made sense, added little details that kept it interesting, and it just made the whole thing way more enjoyable than I expected
